Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion were the core values that led us to create Think Inside the Box. Even if we didn't have these specific words to communicate what we were dreaming of. We always wanted people to feel welcome to join and create spaces were people can have fun TOGETHER.

A DEI statement is more than just words on a page; it’s a declaration of a company’s values and a roadmap for action. For us, inclusion is an action you can take in every step of your business journey.

Here’s why having a DEI statement is not just a good idea but a crucial step for any business:
